My name is Zihua Yang. I’m a NY-based artist specializing in Children’s illustration and storytelling. 

I started to draw when I was a little girl. After graduating from art college, I worked for EA Games as a video game artist and contributed to multiple AAA+ title game projects, such as Need for Speed, Harry Potter, Warhammer, Fifa Online, and more. After building up my skills in the professional work environment, I decided to pursue my passion projects, and continue my personal creative endeavor. Writing and drawing for children always make me so happy, cured, and peaceful. Combining watercolor and digital tools, I found my own art style. I create digital and traditional high-quality art with multiple knowledge of drawing, sketching, lighting, watercolor painting, and digital painting.

When I’m not making art, I’m always finding inspiration from being with my children, family, and friends.
